Mateusz is a co-author of a report published by the HELM Foundation on the potential impact of artificial intelligence on democratic elections. In the report, Mateusz described how large language models can be manipulated – both through the use of GEO methods and LLM grooming, as well as through direct instructions issued by the model operator. The official launch of the report took place in Warsaw on 29 October – the event was attended by experts from various countries.

Additionally, with the 2027 parliamentary elections in Poland ahead, he commented for PAP (Polish Press Agency), listing digital threats voters may face.

As a follow-up, he spoke on TVP Info’s “Sprawdzamy” about how chatbots can be manipulated and how this can affect political processes.
