The Podkarpackie Innovation Forum (21-22 October 2026, Rzeszów), organised by the regional government of Podkarpackie, ran under the motto “Resilience and preparedness”. In the block on cybersecurity and crisis communication, Mateusz gave the expert address “Battle over minds. Do we still have a chance to win it?”.

He then moderated the panel “Bezpieczeństwo informacyjne i jego rola w budowaniu gotowości i odporności” with Robert Kroplewski (Sobieski Institute), Lander Berrueta (GAIA Cluster), Magdalena Szczyrba (Łukasiewicz – Institute of AI and Cybersecurity), and Grzegorz Wawryniuk (EXATEL).

The same evening, he met readers at the Regional and Municipal Public Library in Rzeszów for the meeting on AI.
